Heidi Hopkins, Partner
Heidi has over 20 years of professional recruiting, executive search, management, marketing, and accounting experience. Her recruiting career began with Robert Half International, a $4 billion NYSE worldwide recruiting firm where she successfully developed and managed four divisions in two Northeast Ohio branch locations.
Heidi worked at RHI for eight years where she generated consecutive year-over-year revenue growth in her role as Director of Financial Services. She most recently worked as a successful Accounting and Finance Recruiting Manager at Hudson Financial Solutions, a $1.3 billion NASDAQ global talent management organization. She placed #6 nationwide in her first year with the company.
Heidi’s efforts in the recruiting industry earned her several leadership and sales awards including District Achiever’s Award, Area Leadership Award, and Staffing Manager of the Year Award.
After graduating with her degree in Business Administration in 1987, Heidi worked for top notch organizations including Ernst & Young, Harwick Chemical Company, a privately held chemical manufacturing company in Akron, and Butler Manufacturing Company, an international building manufacturing company based in Kansas City. Her list of clients includes Lubrizol Corporation, Arby’s Restaurant Group, Diebold, The Timken Company, The J.M. Smucker Company, Mercy Medical Center, and many others.
Heidi’s professional memberships include the Institute of Management Accountants, Professional Payroll Association and Society of Human Resource Management. She is a respected leader, mentor and friend to many professionals in the business community, where she works with commitment and integrity.
