Jonelle Milchak
November, 2010 -- Corporate Ladder Search Partners is proud to announce the addition of Jonelle Milchak to the company. Jonelle brings more than 20 years of experience in Accounting, Recruiting and Management to the company.
For the last six years, Jonelle was Vice President of Jacob Search Group Inc. and serviced clients in both Ohio and Florida with accounting, finance hiring needs.
Prior to Jacob Search Group, Jonelle spent 5+ years with Robert Half International, a $4 billion NYSE worldwide recruiting firm where she served as Division Director. During her tenure at RHI, she launched the permanent placement division in Akron, OH and was recognized as a top producer year after year. She was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award and the Division Director of the Year Award.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Jonelle worked for industry leading companies in Northeast Ohio, including GoJo, Allen Telecom and Little Tikes, and has held positions from Cost Accountant to Manager of Cost & Business Processes Accounting. This experience has been instrumental in assisting her clients to identify top talent to join their Accounting & Finance teams.
Jonelle specializes in Financial and Accounting searches and has expanded her recruitment specialization to Operations Management, Human Resources and IT professionals as well. Jonelle’s client list includes several local and regional CPA firms and many service and manufacturing clients.
Jonelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and graduated with honors from The University of Akron. She is also an Executive Committee member for the CF Foundation, American Cancer Society and serves on the Advisory Board for Fortis College.
