Our Client in Uniontown, Ohio is hiring a 6 month contractor Compensation Analyst. Our Client is a 16 time NorthCoast 99 award recipient, which recognizes the top employers in Northeast Ohio! They offer attractive compensation, benefits and team member development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design and administer employee compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay and performance management programs.
  • Evaluate new and existing jobs, determines pay grades and perform associated analysis.
  • Work in conjunction with the HRIS staff to ensure the maintenance of the HRIS system used to store and retrieve employee and job data.
  • Develop, revise and maintain job descriptions.
  • Participate in the planning and development of compensation initiatives/projects (e.g. integrations, re-organizations).
  • Partner with business leaders to solve pay related issues including internal equity, incentive design and movement.
  • Execute compensation programs, including annual merit and incentive processing.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Experience using HRIS systems
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field
  • 7-10 years experience
