Our client in Canton, Ohio is seeking a Front Office Manager to join their team. This company is focused on providing an overall excellent patient experience, in conjunction with highly dedicated and trained team, including providers and other office managers in a collaborative, respectful and fun organization. This organization also offers Paid Time Off, 401K, and Profit Sharing. The hours of this position will be Monday - Friday 8:15-4:30.
The Front Office Manager is the first point of contact with our office, handling incoming calls and inquiries, scheduling appointments, answering questions. Responsible for handling all front office activities, including greeting patients and guests, patient intake and paperwork, maintaining information in practice management software, follow up correspondence, confirming appointments, and other related activities.
Must have the following characteristics:
