CorporateLadder is a women-owned executive recruiting firm based in Northeast Ohio. We are committed to helping our clients attract and retain the top talent in the marketplace. In addition, we strive to be a professional resource for candidates considering career alternatives.
We specialize in the placement of accounting, finance, and human resource executives. Every candidate search and client relationship is developed with a customized strategic approach, beginning with a thorough understanding of the client's needs and objectives and a comprehensive knowledge of the candidate's credentials. We leverage our partners' collective experience, creativity and insight to identify the right candidate for the opportunity.
